The Six Sigma Green Belt is a professional, who analyses and solves quality problems and is involved in quality improvement projects. An ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt is someone with at least three years of work experience who has demonstrated his or her knowledge of Six Sigma tools and processes in accordance with the Body Of Knowledge for SSGB, by passing a four-hour exam which is independently set and corrected by the ASQ.

This course prepares the candidate for the American Society For Quality’s Certification examination in accordance with the Body of Knowledge for SSGB. ASQ certifications are prestigious, highly sort after and highly respected globally. There is little wonder therefore that these certification exams are extremely difficult to pass. For example, the global average pass rate for the Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) exam is about 40%.
