Course Overview

5S is a 5-stage standard for organising the workplace. This course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and techniques necessary to improve safety, work efficiency, productivity and establish a sense of ownership. Our Lean 5S Workplace Organisation training course is to be delivered in Westpark Business Campus, Shannon as a one-day public course, but is also available as a customisable programme of training for individual clients nation-wide in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Waterford, Galway and Northern Ireland.
