Global Business Institute (GBI) is an International Examination Centre for the American Society for Quality (ASQ), Microsoft and Institute of Commercial Management (ICM).
Our certification courses are recognised and accepted worldwide as a professional qualification in the areas of quality and general business excellence.
We are the only organisation in Ireland which provides full tuition for ASQ certification, with our courses specifically designed to cover the ASQ Body of Knowledge in the various programmes.
We also aim, as part of our approach, to bring our students to a high level of understanding of the quality tools that can be used in the workplace to drive the concepts of continuous improvement in their respective organisations.

Our Performace To Date
We have had consistently good feedback from our students on all the courses that we provide. We have had success in the examinations well in excess of the worldwide average ASQ pass rates. For example, in the Certified Quality Engineer exam, our pass rate in 2008 was 80% against the worldwide average of 55%. In the Certified Six Sigma Green Belt we achieved 95% against the worldwide 70%.
